VIDEO: JAMB introduces secure process to update GSM number, email
JAMB candidates can now update their mobiles and email addresses in a bid to smoothen application process.
The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has introduced a secure process that allows eligible candidates to update their registered GSM number and/or email address.
In a video on its X handle, the examination body explained the process required documentation, biometric verification and what to expect.
The service, it said, is available only at designated JAMB PTC/PRC Centres, can be accessed only once, and is strictly for candidates with genuine cases of lost access.
Many Nigerians have complained about the inability to access JAMB applications owing to lost contacts, mobiles or inactive emails.
The new service is expected to ease the many difficulties associated with the application process.
