VIDEO: Teammates, staff celebrate Ola Aina at 30
Nottingham Forest players and staff have celebrated Super Eagles defender Ola Aina, who clocked 30 on October 8.
The right back, who played for England’s under-16, under-17, under-18, under-19 and under-20, switched nationality to Nigeria and won 2023 Afcon silver.
On his 30th birthday, a video by his club saw forward Callum Hudson-Odoi feting him as he arrived for training from the car park.
‘’Dirty thirty,’’ Hudson-Odoi said as he alighted from the car to which Ola Aina responded ‘’Thirty never felt so good, man.’’
He went on to say ‘’I’m feeling myself today,’’ as he made way to the club’s reception.
He vibed to the ‘’Happy birthday to you,’’ song playing at the background of the reception’s speaker before responding to greetings by club staff.
Ola Aina was later presented with gifts at the locker’s room with staff and players feting him.
