Mount Zion features on Times Square billboard for Global Bible Month

Nigerian Christian film ministry Mount Zion Film Productions has featured on a digital billboard at Times Square in New York City as part of the 2026 Global Bible Month celebration.

The display showcased four Bible reading plans promoted through the YouVersion Bible App, featuring members of the Mount Zion family, including Darasimi Gomba-Oyor, Damilola Mike-Bamiloye and Lawrence Oyor.

The reading plans included Marriage Is God's Design, Consciousness of God's Presence, Walking in God's Purpose and Hunger: The Endless Longing for More.

Nigerian gospel music artiste and filmmaker Joshua Mike-Bamiloye, son of renowned Mount Zion founder Mike Bamiloye, shared photographs of the display on Instagram, expressing excitement at seeing the name of Jesus projected in Times Square, one of the world's busiest public spaces.

He also thanked YouVersion for the opportunity to be part of the event, describing the experience as exciting and spirit-lifting.

The display was part of YouVersion's 2026 Global Bible Month campaign, which began on November 1 to encourage people around the world to engage more deeply with Scripture.

The campaign also featured Bible-themed displays in other major international locations, including Piccadilly Circus in London and Osaka, Japan.
